Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Aarhus, Denmark within 1–5 business days after purchase. We ship with GLS to all EU countries, as well as Switzerland and Norway. In regions where GLS does not operate directly, delivery will be carried out by one of GLS’s trusted partner couriers.

In countries where parcel shop delivery is available, you can select your preferred parcel shop during the final step of checkout after payment. If no parcel shop is selected, your order will be delivered to the parcel shop closest to your address. In countries where parcel shop delivery is not available, your order will be delivered directly to your home address.

DELIVERIES OUTSIDE OF EU: Please note that any applicable import duties, VAT, and local sales taxes will be charged in addition to the product price and are payable upon receipt. Please note that these duties and taxes are non-refundable through RODTNES.

We accept returned items that are sent back to us no later than 14 days after you receive your order.*

Send an e-mail to info@rodtnesbags.com containing your order confirmation e-mail, and we will get back to you within 1-3 work days with instructions about how to return your order.

When you contact us on the e-mail above, you will receive a return form with instructions and the address for the warehouse in Aarhus, Denmark.

When returning an item, it must be sent back in its original condition and include all accompanying packaging materials - such as protective covers, foam inserts, stuffing, plastic bags, and any other components that were part of the delivery.

Kindly note that return shipping costs are at the customer's own expense.

*Christmas gifts purchased after November 24th can be returned until January 7th of the following year, provided all standard return conditions are met.
