Shipping
Your order will be sent with GLS from our warehouse in Aarhus, Denmark within 1-5 work days after you place your order. We ship with GLS to all EU countries, as well as to Switzerland and Norway. In regions where GLS does not operate directly, your order will be delivered by one of GLS’s trusted partner couriers.
DELIVERIES OUTSIDE OF EU: Please note that any applicable import duties, VAT, and local sales taxes will be charged in addition to the product price and are payable upon receipt. Please note that these duties and taxes are non-refundable through RODTNES.
Returns
We accept returns that are sent to us within 14 days after you receive your order.* Send an e-mail to mailto: hello@rodtnes.dk containing your order receipt, and we will get back to you within 2 business days with instructions about how to return your order.
- When returning an item, it must be sent back in its original condition and include all accompanying packaging materials - such as protective covers, foam inserts, stuffing, plastic bags, and any other components that were part of the delivery.
- Kindly note that customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs and organising the return shipment.
*Christmas gifts purchased after November 24th can be returned until January 7th of the following year, provided all standard return conditions
are met.
