Shipping

Your order will be sent with GLS from our warehouse in Aarhus, Denmark within 1-5 work days after you place your order. We ship with GLS to all EU countries, as well as to Switzerland and Norway. In regions where GLS does not operate directly, your order will be delivered by one of GLS’s trusted partner couriers.

DELIVERIES OUTSIDE OF EU: Please note that any applicable import duties, VAT, and local sales taxes will be charged in addition to the product price and are payable upon receipt. Please note that these duties and taxes are non-refundable through RODTNES.

 

Returns

We accept returns that are sent to us within 14 days of receiving your parcel.*

Send an email to hello@rodtnes.dk with your order receipt attached, and we'll reply within 1–3 days with instructions for your return.

A few things to keep in mind

If you wish to return your purchase, the item must be returned in its original condition, together with all original packaging. Protective covers, foam inserts, stuffing, plastic bags, and any other materials it arrived with must be intact and included in the return.

We're not able to accept returns if:

·       The original packaging or labelling is missing

·       The item shows signs of use

·       The item has been stored in a way that has changed its appearance (Creases or marks on the leather, for example)

·       The item is returned without a return note (You'll receive the return note when you contact us on the email above)

·       The item arrives back with us later than 14 days after delivery

Return shipping is arranged and paid for by the customer.

*Christmas gifts bought after November 24th can be returned until January 7th. All other return requirements still apply. You can read them in full under §7  here.
