Shipping
Your order will be sent from our warehouse in Aarhus, Denmark within 2-5 work days after you place your order*
On the day we send your package, you will receive a text message or e-mail with information about delivery.
It is not possible to pick up orders personally. (Read more about why our set-up is purely online here)
*In July and August as well as over the Christmas Holidays, processing time may be up to 10 work days.
Returns
We accept returns that are sent to us within 14 days after we ship the order to you (the shipping date)
Send an e-mail to info@rodtnesbags.com containing your order receipt, and we will get back to you within 1-3 days with instructions about how to return your order.
RODTNES is located in Denmark and return orders must be sent to our warehouse in Aarhus. You will receive a return form and the address for the warehouse, when you contact us on the e-mail above. It is not possible to return orders orders personally and return packages must be sent with delivery directly at our warehouse address.

Christmas gifts, bought after November 24th., can be returned until January 7th. All requirements regarding returned goods must be fulfilled. Read them under §7 here.
